Once I figured out how cheap tortillas and rice and beans were, I pretty much make my own. Got a little grate I put over my rice cooker [w/cilantro and lime] where I put my tortillas. Heat up some fajita steak or refried beans. Sour cream, guac, onion, black olive and take a pick of salsas. Boom all done and ready to order in as short a time as nuking something from the freezer.

You are missing the point of this thread...

FTR...I guarantee I can nuke a frozen burrito and eat it before you can make one from scratch.
