Montessori Schools Yes, No, Maybe?
My 2yr old son currently is being babysat by our neighbor across the street. She has her own 2 kids, 8 & 4, plus she watches another 4 yr old 2-3 times a week. She is a nurse by trade as well and has a very clean and safe area for my Son. Obviously the problem with home care like that is you have to work around their schedules to a point and you don't quite get the group interaction and structure of a formal childcare establishment.
My Dad wants us to send him to a Montesorri school and of course to sweeten the deal he said he will pay half of the costs. I am not sure about it. While I would like my Son to interact with more kids, I don't think you can beat the 1-1 care we are getting now. Especially as he is still learning how to tell you when he doesn't feel good, etc. any thoughts? Last edited by petegz28; 02-01-2016 at 02:59 PM.. |
