Calling CDCox / anyone smart with math.. please
I'm taking a kamikaze run at a statistics test that will allow me to bypass the GRE at 10 a.m. tomorrow.
I can figure out how to get standard deviation of one set of data (example: number of pages in a set of books) but don't know how to determine "mean for the set of data" for something like: Students at CP University and their majors xxxxxxxx | Male ------ Female ----- Total BIOLOGY 10 ------- 20 --------- 30 BUSINESS 25 ------- 30 ---------- 55 PHYSICS 5 -------- 3 --------- 8 THEATER 5 -------- 7 ---------- 12 UNDECIDED 20 -------- 15 --------- 35 TOTAL 65 ------ 75 -------- 140 ..... so.. the **** do I do...? |
