"The Chiefs have starter Alex Smith, but Bray is an intriguing developmental prospect for coach Andy Reid. If all goes well, he could develop into a starter. "

After watching the video, its very impressive how quickly he gets rid of the ball. He does need some work on his mechanics. At times, his throwing motion also looks like he is trying to skip a rock across a pond. He also tends to lean his upper torso backwards during a throw when pressured. All correctable.

Haven't spoken about Bray yet, but i'm quite excited. A 23 year old with maturity issues? Theres room to change there and he has a great couple of mentors in Reid and Chilly. I honestly wanted him in the 3rd... So yer im excited. He has first round physical tools. He's Manuel with maturity issues.

Sorry no. This is my thread and Tyler is no longer a Vol or a prospect. He is a Chief. The only highlights I will put in the OP are preseason gifs. Only Chief highlights. We all know about his talent. This thread isn't trying to prove to anyone his skill. It's to discuss his progress. You have ZERO say regardless. You gave me crap about him too.

So Bray has Andy Reid, Doug Pederson, Matt Nagy and Brad Childress as coaches and Alex Smith to tootle under. If that group can't get something out of Bray then probably nobody can.

If Tyler Bray turns into a franchise QB and leads the Chiefs to a SB victory I'll get a copy of that fugly tat put on my ass. And I probably wouldn't be the only one.

it's good to see that this dude, even after being shit on and being undrafted, was able to man up and WANT to play somewhere, and he picked KC to do it. I dont know the last time I heard a player WANT to play in KC.
He has to got to know his god given talents give him the best chance to walk right in and beat the inferior athleticism on the roster in Chase Daniel, Stanzi, Tanney, Whoevery. All he has to do is stay humble and give it hell and Ill drink the kool aid first and say he can absolutely win that #2 job in preseason. And then when Alex Smith inevitable fails because hes terrible, Tyler Bray will be there to save us |
