Chiefs sign Kamalei Correa
Little odd. He was productive before the covid stuff and IR that derailed his season last year but he’s 6’3” 243 lbs. that’s small for a DE. Is he a rush backer? Maybe a speed option on some 3rd downs?

Good thing we have two separate threads on this. I was starting to worry that we did not sign him.

Pretty solid tackler, 8.5 sacks in 2 years as a stand up rusher. Honestly this is the type of depth you want

NOT TRUE!!..he was a second round pick with impressive physical skills. 6'3, agile and quick. He was hailed as a good tackler who can also rush the qb and he can drop into coverage effectively too. In 2018 he was part of the number one defense, then went to the Titans and was with them when we played them in the AFC championship game and also the game in the regular season. I've seen comments claiming he's good in coverage and I also remember him making a LOT of tackles in the AFC game...and at just 27 he can still get better. Let's give the guy a chance ffs.

He sacked Mahomes on KC’s first drive in the AFCCG.
He was then owned repeatedly for the remainder of the game. |
