Mahomes plays top 5 AFC teams in first seven weeks

I could have posted this in the Mahomes thread but I thought it was really unusual.

He will face the top 5 AFC teams only his first 7 games...essentially, it's like the playoffs to start his career. I included the Bengals in week 7 as they look they will probably be a WC.

I left out Denver as I think they are a .500 team at best...but if they were included that would make 6.

Pretty crazy...

Which is going to make it even more significant when the Chiefs come out of it AT LEAST 5-2, if not better.

Don’t know what that means... but the AFC is butt this year. We’ll smoke’em all.

Yeah, is this just based on gut feeling after two weeks? I don't think I agree with your methods.

I'm going off how teams have performed so far...and ones that were good last season.

Not really a stretch to think the Jags, NE, Chargers, Steelers are potential postseason teams.

There might be 1 or 2 surprise teams...or injury to key players.

I didn't say it was set in stone...

Chiefs might be able to take off the month of December... after the bye week, you have:

@ OAK
BAL
LAC
@ SEA
OAK

Lucky... NFL loves you bastards with 3 of 5 in KC, two vs the putrid Raiders, the pathetic Seahawks, brokedick Ravens and the Chargers. It's like this every year with your cupcakes at home in the cold.

We can’t all earn top 5 draft picks in back to back years.

Broncos start every freaking season off at home and got 2 straight at home this year. That favors Denver tremendously so spare me the nonsense that the Chiefs, who opened with 2 road games against 2 teams predicted to be top AFC teams, are loved by the NFL.

The schedule makers threw two away games against playoff contenders and 5 top afc teams in the first seven weeks at a team with a rookie qb.

You have the same damn schedule as us, except we get Jacksonville and New England, and the Broncos get the jets and Texans. Hmmm.... I wonder which 2 games I'd rather play.
