So to sum up the evidence on both sides:

Zeke has:

· Signed Affidavit from Ayrian Mason (accusers friend) stating no DV occurred on July 22nd, Tiffany was in a fight with another female earlier in the night, & than Tiffany told her she was going to “ruin his career”.


· Text messages between Tiffany & Ayrian where Tiffany asked Ayrian to lie about events on the 22nd.


· Signed Affidavit from Kenny Alvarado (security manager at club) stating he witnessed Tiffany and another woman fighting “punching each other and pulling each other’s hair” on July 21st.


· Signed Affidavit from Dylan Minney (mutual friend?) stating no DV occurred on July 22nd & that Tiffany asked him to lie to the police.


· Signed Affidavit from Alverez Jackson stating no DV occurred on July 22nd & that Tiffany was “yelling that she was going to ruin {Zeke’s} career”.


· Elliot filed an incent report against Tiffany on September 5th for: Reciving 50 + phone calls in an 8 hour period & hacking into his email account where she found is contracts phone numbers and called then to leave “untruthful things that can hurt his image.”


· Tiffany admitted to a text exchange in which she discussed leveraging sex videos featuring her and Elliott for money from the player.



Lists of threats from Tiffany against Elliot:


▪ After being told Elliott didn’t want her at his house on July 21 and he didn’t want her coming out with him, Thompson responded with: “Ok this is what you want? Ok then, I’m going to ruin your life. You will see. If I was you, I wouldn’t go out tonight.”


▪ After being told she couldn’t come Elliott’s 21st birthday party, Thompson told him “that’s worst decision you made in your life. I’m going to ruin you life now.”


▪ The report also details a text message in which Thompson told Elliott: “You better be smart. And not be a dumb man.”


▪ After not being allowed in the after party, she was heard yelling and screaming that “your career is over” and then proceeded to call the police.


▪ Elliott is also “100 percent certain” Thompson told him on July 22, “You are a black male athlete. I’m a white girl. They are not going to be believe you.”


NFL evidence:


Tiffany documented pictures of bruises that the NFL claims happened while she was with Elliot due to metadata.


They generally believe her

Jerry Jones has said they can prove his innocence. If he hasn't been found guilty then how can the NFL suspend him?

Who knows who is really telling the truth here and the truth is as they say probably somewhere in the middle. Goodell fumbling the Ray Rice situation really hurts Elliot here and Goodell is afraid big time from a PR perspective. Because although there is no video in this Elliot situation as there was in the Rice situation, this will be an actual 'politically correct' decision of "guilty until proven innocent" of which has already somewhat happened with the 6 game suspension and will further play out after appeals fail. Pictures were all that were needed and apparently Goodell and the NFL had enough evidence these pictures were caused by Elliot. Who knows? It will all come out eventually.

This means nothing. It was year long investigation. Panel looked at a lot more than just 22 July 2016. There were three other incidents reported. His GF is full of shit and on the revenge kick for certain after getting dumped but no chance in hell everything she said is bullshit.

Let's not forget they interviewed over 12 friends and witnesses. All it takes one incident to be true. One of them must be true. He should have got six games just for pulling a woman's top down.

Elliot is an immature idiot and seemingly in the news for being stupid too much. Hammer his ass so he grows up and how about Jerry giving a **** how his players act in public. Cowboys are always getting suspended and Jerry doesn't care. ****'em.
