Sous Vide SPAM?
So I heard SPAM is one of the top best things to cook when using the Sous Vide method.

I actually have a job. I'm not eating SPAM unless I'm unemployed and living out of my vehicle.

It is a Hawaiian specialty. Rice and SPAM wrapped with dried seaweed. Makes a great meal on the go, I'll sometimes stop at 7-11 and get one if I don't have time to stop and eat somewhere. I'll also throw one in my pack when I'm hiking, they can give you a good boost of carbs and protein when you are tired.

We make Spam hash. Dice a can of Spam, a potato and an onion and fry them all together. Easy and tastes pretty good. My wife likes to put a little ketchup on hers.

I tried it the other day, just my opinion but I think it was better than sous vide pork belly. Really the problem with spam is the texture and sous vide just makes it melt in your mouth. Next I'm going to try vienna sausages.
