I think the Jets are the strongest, mostly because of Joe Namath. You can add in some competent years of Pennington and some mediocre years of guys like Esiason and Testaverde.
In second, I'd go with Tampa. No stars, but the top of their list is mostly journeymen, which is good in this heat. In third, I'd go Chicago. Cutler and Mcmahon keep them out of my basement. Last place? I'd offer Detroit. Other than Stafford, point to any guy on that list who would give you confidence going into the season.
