Alex Smith is the best QB in the division!!!
A lot of people have been criticizing Alex this season, and some of it has been fair, I won't lie, but a lot of that criticism hasn't been fair. People act like we can just trade Alex and immediately replace him with a better option. Take a look around the division and check out the other quarterbacks.
Manning/Rivers - Both are washed up and completely done Carr/Osweiler - Might be good in a few years but they're horrible right now None of them can matchup with Alex. The reality is that Alex is quite a bit better than what most teams are throwing out at the QB position. Listen, I know we all want Tom Brady or Cam Newton as QB, but since we can't have those two, Alex is the absolute best option for this team to win the division and ultimately the big game. |

Derek Carr has thrown 21 TDs and only 6 INTs
Stop it. |

I'd like to see Derek Carr's stats behind this offensive line. Would be more in line with his brother's stats at Houston.
The assertion that Smith is the best QB in the division is far less over the top than the negative talk about him being near the worst QB in the league. |

Keep in mind that he hasn't had a chance to be scouted/solved by NFL defensive coordinators yet since he plays for the Raiders and they were completely ignored by the rest of the league until this season
Remember how good RG3 was during his rookie season and how quickly that fell apart? Carr has a lot of RG3 rocketship in him. |

Nobody throws 2 yards behind the line of scrimmage on 3rd and 8 in the red zone better than Alex Smith. Nobody.

That's key if you're going to limit turnovers and keep your INT numbers low.

Nobody sets us up for field goals more than Alex. Have you thought of that? We can win games 33-28 with Alex at the helm.
