So, I REALLY think this team has what it takes to make a playoff run...

Alex Smith threw for 300+ today. He's taking shots downfield. He looks like a star.

We have a one-two punch on both sides of the football. The one-two punch of JC and Knile Davis looked magnificent today. On the defensive side of the ball, Hali is getting pressure, and Justin Houston is absolutely raping the O-line.

Kelce fumbled today, but more than made up for it with his play on the TD. Between him, DAT, and Wilson, the Chiefs really have some weapons. Not to mention we have Bowe and Avant to mentor them.

with the replacement of Linkenbach for Mcglynn, the offensive line looks outstanding.

Once again though, Smith has completely restored my faith in him with his downfield, aggressive play today.

I'm ready for the playoff run, boys. Here we go!!

Its certainly nice to get of the schnide, especially against these turds... and it was nice to see Smith go downfield for a change, but until he does it week after week its hard to believe this was anything to get excited about.

Go to Pittsburgh next week and repeat this against old man LeBeau's wizardry... then I'll start warming up again.

Bell will ruin this D.

They have no less than 3 WR's who can toast us, a QB that can throw on the run, and a blocking TE that doesn't fumble when he's hit.

Plus Haley, despite $3itting the bed most the year, will pull some extra hate out for us...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

If that's the case, then why are they barely beating a bunch of terrible teams? The Steelers are not playing up to their talent level. They're very beatable.

They've scored more than 20 points in 11 of their games.

They've scored over 30 pts in 6 of their games.

On top of this they are a match up nightmare for us...

Alex Smith has only thrown for 297 yards today (so far), not 300.

Chiefs will crash and burn next week. The homers out there think the Raiders is a good team.
