Bye week roster decisions
I have KC Def and Succop for K. Obviously both on bye this coming week, and I don't carry backups at either position so I have to make a couple of decisions on my roster. No way I drop the KC def. They have put me over the top several times this year. I like having Succop as my K but not really afraid to drop a kicker, I'm actually considering dropping him and picking up Dallas Def in place and going without a K next week. Listed below is my roster. See if there's anyone else to drop.
QB: Rodgers, Luck WR: Garcon, A. Brown, K Allen, Boykin, A. Jeffrey RB: J Charles, C Johnson, Moreno, Spiller, Ridley TE: Witten, Gates K: Succop Def: KC Btw, Spiller is a maybe. He was dropped by another team in favor of McFadden so I have a waiver claim in on him so if someone else wants him before he drops to me then replace him on my roster with Denarius Moore. I am also considering not making either move and just taking the loss. I am assured of a win this week moving me to 8-1. second place team is 5-3 so I am assured at least a 2 game lead going in to next week. Thoughts? |

Boykin? He may take a hit when James comes back.
Or try to upgrade with a 2-for-1 trade. Or get a new kicker and leave the Chiefs D in for a 0. A lot of Ds will give minimal, if not negative, points.

Yeah. Boykin isn't a bad one to drop. He is pretty easy to replace. He is on my bench most every week anyway. He is this week. And Jones coming back soon will likely kill his production. Thanks

I'm keeping him. Last year Cobb came on strong about this time while the other WR were hurt. His production barely dropped when all his fellow WR were healthy. They have a running game this year though too. I've heard they're pretty happy with Boykin & feel he'll continue to follow Cobb's lead.

Well, I didn't get Spiller. A guy higher than me in waiver order put in a claim. So I still have Denarius Moore who is basically JAG, so gonna go ahead and drop him for a def. Best 2 options in my league are Indy, who is playing St Louis this week, and Miami, who is playing TB. Any opinions on which one to grab?
