There are two options I'd like to know about: Will the 850 watt power supply be of benefit over teh 460 watt now or in the future? Is liquid cooled a must-have?

Liquid cooling is not a must have. In fact, I'd say most air cooling solutions are better than the all in one liquid cooling solutions offered by Corsair, etc, unless you are willing to drop 150+ on a CPU cooling solution. Liquid cooling is more beneficial to people who like to do extreme overclocking of the CPU and video card. Otherwise, don't bother with it. |

GTX 1070 vs. GTX 980 Ti
Which is better? 980 Ti costs more but all the reviews I read say the 1070 outperforms. Anyone have any knowledge on this?

Is faster start up time the main difference in upgrading memory from
1TB (64MB Cache) 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s to 256GB M.2 PCIe SSD (Boot) + 1TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s (Storage)?
