Veach killed this draft

Mecole Hardman
Juan Thornhill
Khalen Saunders
Rashad Fenton
Darwin Thompson
Nick Allegretti

Man what a ****ing great draft this appears to be. The top 4 players have been really good and have shown potential the last few games.

I did not expect Saunders or Fenton to be ready this year but here they are playing well against good QB’s.

Major props to Veach. This really makes up for last years horrible draft

He sure did, but you won’t hear about it as much as you hear about his failures.

Gotta agree. Really pleased by Saunders playing well the last few weeks.

Absolutely. I've been shitting on Veach a lot this year, but if 2019 is an indicator of future drafts, he doesn't even need to make bold trades and moves. Doesn't even matter what Mahomes makes on his new contract. We'll be able to afford it.

How did Fenton play today? I didn't hear his name called much. He may not have been on the field much, seemed like the Viking called alot of 2 WR sets.

Agreed. Great draft considering how late we picked. Especially with how well we drafted, wish we held on to that top pick. But looking like an overall great draft.

He's going to have to draft well for the Chiefs to field a good team after Mahomes gets paid.

I saw Fenton defend 2 3rd down plays that were incompletions, ya that's a super win for us.

Veach raped the Texans for probably the best LG we’ve had in the Andy Reid era (Rankin). And he raped John Dorsey for Emmanuel Ogbah.

Lot of cheap talent added this year

We will. I have no doubt. This front office has an eye for young talent. We just need to stay away from big trades/contracts.

Nobody should have expected anything from a rookie RB under Andy Reid. Kareem Hunt was the exception that proves the rule. Andy prefers vets. He has always preferred vets. Mecole Hardman probably wouldn't have the same role or production he's had without Hill's injury. Thompson will get his eventually.
