Also, Spencer Ware went undrafted. Would you put in a waiver claim for him? If I do, I have to drop one of my RB's. Matt Jones? Arian Foster?

I'd cut Eifert, unless you have to carry two TEs. He won't be back for 4-6 weeks and Ware will start Week 1.

I would cut Eifert, but yeah it has to be a RB, plus our league has an IR spot that I stocked Eifert into.

I went ahead and put a waiver claim in on Ware for Foster. I'm pretty deep at RB, so even when Ware gets phased down/handcuffed/whatever, I'll be strong with Ingram, Hyde, Jones, and Henry.

West definitely has a place in this offense but it should be to spell Ware when he needs rest and not because of the down or game situation.
