To me, he seems to be looking back at opportunities he had to increase the depth of positions that ended up with injuries. Injuries that hurt us in the postseason.

if I'd venture a guess, he was talking about an OL, OLB or WR.

He also said "moves" indicating multiple moves.

Also, we only had 3m in leftover cap space, so whatever moves he was talking about had to fit into that.

Interesting that Cleveland was willing to move Paul Kruger and was reportedly willing to pay some of his dead $ to move him. Maybe one of the moves was him....

Probably the WR position or CB. It's sad that the second most dependable receiver on the team was Jason Avant. Also had nothing at CB behind Smith and Peters (Nelson has a ways to go, Fleming and Cooper are crap on D).

His mention of "Depth" makes me think WR, as that was our primary downfall related to that subject mid-season.

Obviously we were shorthanded at CB at the beginning of the year, and our line struggled those first few games, but mid-season and beyond, it would have been WR.
