Cheapest stand alone internet?
Im looking to get a SECOND internet connection from a company other than my current one, (Comcast). It doesnt need to be blazing fast. Something like 3 to 4mbps will be just fine. It just has to be reliable. What is the cheapest stand only internet I can get?

No actually to get a rakeback deal. I already have an account at one site, and they eliminated everyone's rakeback and points to cash, as is the trend in online poker nowadays. My affiliate can give me a kickback of his commission of rake I generate instead to act as some rakeback. To do that I need a clean ip, computer, etc.

I never cheat. I would never jeopardize my reputation by cheating. I actually had a guy claim he wanted to be "friends" and asked to contact me via email in chat. Come to find out he wanted me to "help him out" and tell each other what hole cards we had. Obviously I declined, I would have reported him to the site but he was really really bad and I didn't want him to get banned.

It's really difficult to cheat at six max Texas Hold Em or for it to really even matter, even if someone is sharing holecards they usually are really bad players, and it doesn't matter anyway. They will eventually lose all their money. Probably alot different if you are playing full ring PLO where almost all of the cards are out of the deck.

I've tried that (mobile hotspot) but it's really not very reliable. It will cut out randomly, and I can't have that. I don't know how the IP situation would work either as I'm sure I've played with my mobile connection at some point.

Unfortunately they don't have Google Fiber in my area either.

Seems like AT&T might have $24.99 a month, that is the best I can find.

I also found https://www.freedompop.com, it's completely free but not really fast. You only get 1GB a month, and if you go over it is 0.01 cents per MB. They also have a 5GB plan for $17.99 but I don't really want to be restricted. I'm sure I would need quite a bit more GBs but I really don't know the amount of data the software client uses.
