It's halfway through his rookie year.
The guy will be leading the league in sacks here in a couple years. |

He half-assed it his last year in college.
I don't blame him, but that is a major red flag. |

I always find that bagging on people who are coming off of legit knee injuries, complete with surgeries, is the best way to go about things.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...artner=ya5nbcs It seems premature to be frustrated, given that Clowney's previous injuries were serious.

You can be frustrated with injured players. It's a legit complaint, even when they're rookies.
Tony Moeaki, Sylvester Morris, Percy Snow... We all do it. |

But whether or not something is up, he's a rookie. It's hard to know when to trust stories these days since there's so much BS floating around. And if the Texans are frustrated, they have no one to blame but themselves. These are the kinds of things that should be easy to spot during the scouting process, especially when you're talking about a top 5 pick. |
