If Reid commits to the run, I think we have a good shot to knock off the Chargers.

I just don't see it happening.

Should be a fun and entertaining game nonetheless.

This game can go either way. Both teams have some weaknesses that can be exploited. It's a hard one to make predictions on.

If Eddie Royal plays, the Chiefs are going to have a really hard time. Malcolm Floyd is playing at a high level, Keenan Allen is always a threat and Gates is still Gates. They actually have two TE threats with Green as well. If Rivers gets time to throw, which i think he will, the Chargers have too many options for the Chiefs to cover. I expect the Charger's game plan to get rid of the ball fast and often, attack our safeties with their two TE's and take the occasional shots at Cooper. Im sure Rivers remember Cooper from last season....

Offensively i think the Chiefs can capitalize by attacking SD's old, injured LB's with their screen and run game.

Jamaal averaged something like 8 YPC with 2 TDs against them last year so if we can get him going, we'll have a good chance.

I also mentioned Rivers' ability to lead sustained drives for TDs so it'll be up to the defense to get themselves off the field on 3rd downs.

This team has been an absolute enigma thus far so I'm hesitant to make a prediction. All I can guess is that we'll be competitive, especially coming off a bye.

I said earlier I could see us losing by ten+. I predict we win. Our backups had their number last year, and while I know they have progressed, I predict pride wins the day. Chiefs in a nailbiter.
