Their tight end Rodgers. He's gonna be a problem for the league.

Chandler Jones looks way better than Justin Houston right now.

So you'd trade for him straight-up right now?

I would. Houston just looks lackluster and ineffective. Jones had 11.5 sacks last season, that's more than what Houston has had in any of his 3 seasons, and doesn't have the benefit of another good/great pass rusher playing across from him like Houston has had.
It would be kind of an even trade though, Houston is slightly better in coverage. Jones is a year younger and seems to play with a better motor. |

Also, Jones played in 16 games last year. Houston did not. |

Chandler Jones actually managed to sack Peyton Manning last year. He also never had his stats padded by games where he piled up 3+ sacks on rookie OTs like Houston did. Again, he didn't have someone of Hali's caliber helping him out from the other side. He also didn't have someone of Poe's caliber taking up blockers and pushing the pocket from the inside, Wilfork was out for the majority of the season except for 4 games. Jones got 11.5 sacks in his second year, Houston got 10. |
