Catapano And Dez Moses Training With Chuck Smith in Atlanta

Saw on twitter video clips of Big Cat and Moses are in Atlanta prepping for training camp with former NFL All Pro and now famed pass rushing coach Chuck Smith. Nice to see guys putting in that extra effort on their own. Smith says Catapano weighs 297 and looks fast as hell! See video link attached. Not sure how to imbed twitter and Instagram vids but here is link. On Smiths twitter and Instagram he has a few vids of them two looking sharp. Catapano moves like a linebacker at 297. Quite impressive!

Same speed as Moses and he is 60 lbs. heavier...amazing for a guy who is 300 lbs. actually!! VERY rare! He could be special. Moses looks good too....gotta respect guys using their off time traveling spending own money/time to improve their craft. Some guys just hanging at pool parties and BBQs.

I would love to see the swagger that the Baltimore teams had out of our defense.

Them happy and trying to destroy all offensive players. Putting shots on players, legally some illegally. Make people pay.

Too bad DJohnson is not doing this, we need the same on each level.

This. People are always on Derrick Johnson's ass for no apparent reason other than he's tied for the oldest tenure on the team.

When Derrick Johnson gets to be too old or too expensive, we can only hope his replacement is even 80% of what Derrick Johnson is

Just saying the most competitive I've seen of his on the field play is when he speared Jamaal Charles in the helmet during the Pro Bowl.

This defense has some serious athletes who are committed to their craft. Best line backing crew in the NFL and I think that D Line is deadly...especially if a guy like Catapano takes a giant leap like everybody says he will. He is the lightest of all our main d lineman and he's a lean athletic 297 lbs!! =0. Bailey is over 300 now, Devito, Walker play well over 300 and Poe is an athletic 350. BIG athletic dudes...these aren't fat guys! Catapano moves like an OLB....Devito said in interview it's incredible that Catapano has gained all that size and gotten faster. These videos back that statement up. I said since last year he would be special...but i had no idea he would be almost 30 lbs heavier now. =0 That's pretty crazy. I read that He was dieting to try and keep his weight under 270 for draft to play at outside backer....but wow. Excited to see what he can do this year. I don't think it's a stretch to say we could easily have one of the best front 7s in the NFL. Hopefully the back end of the d will hold up. But I'm really liking that front end of our defense

Catapano flashing greatness in the weight room, in team activities or even in preseason is meaningless when you consider Sutton apparently isn't one for rotating guys in on the defensive line.
