Sony's Project Morpheus (VR Headset)
Announced at GDC last night...
http://www.ign.com/articles/2014/03/...n-4-vr-headset Anybody interested in this? EVE Valkyrie will be on it apparently which is pretty sweet...be interesting to see what the price point is for this. Also wondering if this is why Driveclub was pushed back...maybe it'll launch with it. It'd be awesome to get Alien: Isolation in VR. |

I am excited about the future of gaming. I would be quite happy paying $200-300 for a VR helmet in place of a $700-1000 TV. The helmets are only going to get smaller and lighter as time passes. It could also be intriguing for watching film.

Yeah supposedly this will have interactive tours of places, like they talked about visiting Mars like a rover or something to that effect.
Now stuff like that would be awesome... |

Great, now everyone will be walking around swiping at the air. Don't poke your brothers eye out Junior.

This isn't the VirtualBoy.
VR gaming is coming. John Carmack, co-founder of iD, recently joined Oculus in their VR project. |

So which console will try to make it exclusive to them.

It's probably safe to assume that a VR headset made by Sony would be exclusive to Playstation.
