NBC HD sucks
I don't know if it is just a Topeka thing or what but whenever I watch NBC sports I get tons of pixelation yet when I watch CBS, ABC and FOX sports the image is great.

Is it NBC national, NBC local or Cox Cable's setup for that channel. Anyone else notice this about NBC?

Must be a Topeka thing, here in Springfield NBC has the best HD picture.

Its not NBC. Its your local affiliate or your cable provider.

I have AT&T UVerse. Their HD sucks in comparison to cable and satellite.

Its still worlds better than a standard defintition channel, but there is tons of pixelation.

It's the feed from your NBC affiliate. They don't want to fire up the necessary bandwidth that an HDTV transmission requires, so you get a pixellated mess.

I only watch NBC on Mondays so I haven't had that problem. I do notice that the picture will freeze while the sound continues quite often though. gets on my nerves to no end.
