I worked for the KC Kings (on and off) in some capacity between 1978 and 1983. In the later years, I worked the opposing teams bench getting equipment/medical tables set, getting the players towels/water when they came off the floor, setting up the locker rooms, starting their cars and scraping their wind shields when it was cold outside, keeping their girlfriends separated from their wives (). Great time and a great learning experience for a "kid".
