Not a really groundbreaking article or anything, but just felt that it would be something to bring up since it feels a little slow in here. He obviously used to be an uber-talent, but he has had more than his fair share of ****-ups. Would you welcome a Josh Gordon acquisition?

I'll skip the whole "Andy Reid gives players 2nd chances" shtick because I feel like that's been repeated Ad nauseam for awhile now. Just feel like since there seems to be plenty that are willing to give Joe Mixon a chance on day 2 of the draft, would Gordon warrant a day 3 pick? How about a cheap "prove-it" deal if he hits FA? Or do you want nothing to do with this pothead dumbass who cant seem to get his head on straight?

If the draft ended up with us yielding (amongst other picks being CB/ILB/DL/TE):
1st: Mahomes
2nd: Mixon
5th: Gordon

That seems like a pretty solid haul to me. Just feels like a low-risk high-reward situation personally.

He'd probably never get on the field here. I doubt he could learn the offense and he seems lazy.

I'd still welcome him here because his playing style would fit perfectly in KC.

This wouldn't be Andy Reid giving Gordon a second chance. It would be Reid giving Gordon a fourth chance. This is completely different than Mixon. Mixon made one mistake and seems to have been a model citizen since that mistake. Gordon has made several mistakes and he keeps on making them despite what it has cost him.
