My rankings:

#1 - Dallas. I think they edge out Indianapolis. 20 years of HoF QBs and 11 years of Romo/Meredith is pretty good.

#2 - Indianapolis. Manning and Unitas blow the curve, but there were only 17 years of them. Bert Jones and Andrew Luck don't match Dallas' second tier. It's very close, though, because Manning and Unitas had a higher top end than Aikman and Staubach.

#3 - Cincinnati. Just like their Super Bowls, they're very good but keep running into powerhouses. Ken Anderson was top-notch and the next four guys on the list were also very good. Cincy may have had the fewest bad QB years, but their top end isn't as high as some of the others.

#4 - Arizona. Pretty clearly #4 in this heat in my opinion. Hart and Lomax were good and they got a couple of good years out of Warner, but their ceiling wasn't as high or as long as the other teams'.

I need a tiebreaker vote here. No ties in quarterbackery.

Whoa, Dallas rallies hard as Peyton Manning once again can't win the big one. (We'll assume that Roger Staubach led the Cowboys and not Tony Romo.)
