Got this Facebook from a good pal of mine:

Please call (812) 239-7603.

"Ok, so I got the call that you hear about on the news, someone claiming to be from the IRS calling about a 'case file' they left a message and when I called back the man who answered identified himself as officer 'such and such'. His accent was so heavy that 'officer' was all I really understood. After asking him to repeat himself twice, he hung up. I looked up the number and it is, in fact, being used to scam people into paying someone claiming to be from the IRS.

So I thought up a plan. What if everyone calls this number and starts to harass this jackass so he won't have time or minutes left to try to scam people! Those who are creative enough may even be able to scam the scammer!"

One of my friends elderly mamas said this: "I got the same call...heavy accent by the name of "Max Miller" had to ask him to repeat several time. He gave me 45 minutes to pay $4900 or my bank account would be held, my drivers license would be pulled. An officer would be at my door, five year prison term, etc. I ask him a lot of questions. After he called me a liar...l told him l thought the best thing for me to do would be to call a lawyer. Conversation over! Question everything."

So, I call the guy up.

I called him and asked for the "Free hemorrhoid video from the Tee-Vee." He said "What?" I kept saying "Piles....piles....you know, Tee Vee...the Tee Vee DVD...is it free?" Finally after telling me he was officer Max Miller with the IRS I said...."Ass Creme? Officer Ass Creme?" He goes "Get lost, idiot" and hung up.

Heh Heh...

Here is the number, call and ask for your free Hemorroid Video, or for a Russian Bride, or if he'll pray with you, or whatever you like. Dirtballs like this deserve the blow back.

I got the same call yesterday. Mine was a gal with some sort of Hispanic accent that was very heavy also. She said she was in Washington DC. I knew it was bs so I led her on. I got her to say she would come to Missouri to go "clubbing" with me. I then told her I would be doing the clubbing. She didn't seem to understand, so I clarified it for her. You are the baby seal, I said, and I will be doing the clubbing. Then I said "go **** yourself you piece of shit" and hung up.

I keep getting those "Sir, there is something wrong with your computer calls." I love those. I had a few weeks ago while waiting for a plane. After they hung up on me, a bunch of people around me were just staring at me and a few busted out laughing. I didn't realize that I was so loud while having my fun.

If I don't recognize the number ive taken to just answering my personal phone with "**** you", if it's someone that knows me they usually just laugh it off, if not I really don't give a **** anyways, but scammers usually just either hang up or tell me they will just put me on their no call list.

You're not allowed to call a cell phone with an autodialer, but otherwise they're fair game just like landlines. They're a bit harder to target, but not on a national level.
