Ah, I've been waiting to see something about this project of his... its going to be excellent, Sutter is a great storyteller and I'm sure he'll be given a nice budget now.
He wants a piece of GoT's swords and sandals thing, cool. |

Trailer too short to really get much of a vibe other than it looks like a really crappy production. Way too bright washing out all the colors. Looks super low budget.

If it's anything like the last few seasons of SoA then it'll probably suck pretty bad.
Kurt Sutter is a pretty good storyteller when he has someone to reign in his awful ideas(Shawn Ryan did that a lot on The Shield) but on SoA it was turned up to 11 and was absolute shit. Also, that trailer one post above mine looks bad. The first 10 seconds resembles a credit card "What's in your wallet?" commercial. |

Early word is not good. Comparing it to late SoA.

Still can't figure out if it is an executioner who doesn't know who his father is, or he runs around executing people who don't know who their father is.

He would probably know who his father was. Nobles were expected to take care of their bastards. They usually weren't heirs but they were taken in as servants, sergeants, or other jobs that a peasant wouldn't have.
