It's... interesting.
Just to assume all these guys are available where you have them... - Really like Van Noy.. I agree that he is very versatile.. not sure about him in the 3-4.. He can blitz the edge with speed, but I think if an OT gets hands on him, he's done.. otherwise, I like what he could bring. - Great pick and value with Gaines. - I like Mike Davis enough, and agree he hasn't been getting the love he deserves. 4th rd is about right. - about the right value for Turner, and yeah, OL is needed. - would love to see KC draft Bromley and Huff is great there too.

This is an outstanding draft. You did an excellent job selling Van Noy, who I agree is definitely a worthy dark horse at 23. I love all your picks, with one exception.
I've picked Gaines in the 3rd before, and I like the pick fine... I just think there will be better options at CB there. But who knows. Great work. |

Use him at ILB like DJ and have him blitz up the middle utilizing that closing speed like this More ILB work from him with a delayed blitz. MOAR closing speed. As a pure pass rusher. Eyeing the QB and playing the pass And finally, more of that elite hustle and closing speed. Goddamn I am sold. I love this kid.

I'm pretty close to sold, too.
I've been souring on Dee Ford. I think Van Noy is first round material. We might have to fire up the Splooge Machine. |

I really like Van Noy and would be happy with a dark horse pick like him or Jimmie Ward. As you mentioned his closing speed is ridiculous and he's very versatile. Like Dion Jordan last year he would provide us with a future replacement to Hali, but can still get on the field in other ways for the mean time.
