I am looking to upgrade my RB from Chris Johnson to someone, I am willing to trade Bowe and Johnson, some guy offered me Ray Rice or Alfred Morris would that be worth it?

I think you should just wait and see with CJ2k. Your receivers take a big hit without Bowe. What other WRs do you have?
