Nice work. Where did you source your pork bellies from? Do you find the benefit to be quality/flavor of the bacon or is it economically advantageous?
I’ve thought about doing this, but ultimately I just want to eat low effort bacon. |

Ah yes...bacon. Just down the street from my former residence was a fantastic little smokehouse, they made the best smoked bacon and sold it for pretty much the same price as premium grocery store bacon.
Until one August afternoon when I saw a permanently closed sign out....uhhh....****. I thought I could talk about it. |
