Biggest FA or Draft bust?

I follow the Chiefs, Orioles, NY Rangers, and Celtics. IMO, the biggest bust for each are:

Chiefs - Blackledge. But there have been some bad ones. Cassel. Bell. Saivii. Dorsey. Sims. Williams. Hill. To name a few.
Orioles - Glenn Davis. Adam Loewan.
NY Rangers - Kovalev. Drury. Lindros. Jagr.
Celtics - Len Bias.

That's a good question, and it's kind of hard to think about given the difference in eras. We as fans know way more now than we did in the pre-internet era.

I'd probably have to say, though, that Jenkins is a bigger bust. The guy had one career start. Jackson is still playing 8 years later, even if it's not with the Chiefs.

Jackson was a bizarre pick at the time just like Jenkins. However, when you go back and look at that 2009 draft, the first round was ludicrously bad, so it's not as bizarre in retrospect. There are maybe half a dozen guys who were worth a first-round pick, if that.

Does anyone know what Bell's contract looked like? The guy was great in Pittsburgh, but like Rain Man said, he was undersized and inept when he got here.

I wonder whether Gunther gave him a fat contract or knew that he was overrated.
