You have to go to a public waterfall/wishing well naked in the water except for a horse head for a mask. You must have someone film it while you masterbate and old people throw loose change at you. Dunno, just my two cents.

There needs to be some stakes. If your adopt a chief gets cut you should have to leave forever. But if they make the practice squad you can still post at downtime CP.
