It's unanswerable. That's why teams keep falling for the same backup QB trade trap. They see a backup do well for successful teams and try to replicate that success on their teams. Most of the time the entire experiment goes to hell.

If you look at the individual skills in the throws... those should transfer to his new team. The pocket awareness, the keeping the eyes downfield while on the move, the pre- snap reads, etc..
