Will KC get honest officiating if Oakland loses on Saturday?
There is a lot at stake for the NFL..and it's bid to manufacture a winner if Luck keeps his hot hand.

Chiefs game will be played on Sunday...the day after. If KC wins, they regain the #2 seed. Denver loses and the week #17 (vs. Raiders) game becomes less profitable.

If both Oakland and KC lose...its a win for the advertisers. Donkos stay relevant for another week.

Every scenario is a bad situation for The Chiefs. Unfortunately...in the era where profit trumps fair play...this is a legitimate concern.

The whole world saw the depths they will go for the Raiders in Mexico...

Well these past few years while denver has been good ive rooted for the raiders. Whatever is best for the chiefs is what i always root for no matter how much I may hate the team. Pulling for denver against ne was hard.

I can root for Denver against the Raiders to help us win the division. Rooting for Denver to beat NE I couldn't do, because it would have put Denver back in contention. We aren't getting home field against NE anyway.

I highly doubt you'll take the time to read the following article although you should if you're really interested in having a mature serious debate on this subject without reverting to name calling.

Let me make it PERFECTLY CLEAR it's not "actual hard evidence" and it's written by someone who DOES NOT BELIEVE IN CONSPIRACY THEORIES" yet they still took the time to try and see why some may believe such things.

For the record, I don’t think games are fixed and I certainly don’t think the end of the Chargers-Steelers game was some masterful plan to insure a San Diego cover. I think this was a massive mistake, but I highly doubt anyone got on the phone to the head ref to tell him to call the game a certain way. Too many jobs would be lost and I doubt it’s worth the risk.

But after watching everything play out, I can definitely see why people buy into conspiracy theories. And it’s too bad that this is mostly about gambling because the situation deserves to have some light shed on it. Instead, the mainstream media will bury the story because they want to remain hush-hush about the gambling world.
