Possibly getting married, what do I need to know about a prenup

No kids, only have cat, but have multiple properties and liquid assets. Plan on filing separately even if get married. What do I need to know?

Yeah, being born in 1964 puts you at the very, very end of teh baby boomer generation, so no surprise you don't feel much in common with those born nearly 20 years earlier than you were.

It's an inexact science at best, grouping people in this manner.
