Misc Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam - Page 5

A few buddies and I have booked our flights to spend two weeks in July in Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. We haven't finalized the itinerary but we are thinking a few days in Bangkok, some beaches in south Thailand, Siem Reap and Angkor, and Hanoi and Halong Bay.

For anyone that's been to those three countries, what do you think of our planned list so far and is there anything we should add to the trip or a specific neighborhood/hotel/temple we should check out?

That sounds like a lot of ground to cover for two weeks. When me and my buddies get out there, we just plan on hitting up Bangkok, koh phagnan and Pattya. If I had a month or two I'd visit those other countries but you also want to have time to relax on the beach. Trying to do too much in two weeks makes for a too stressful trip. As for the red light districts Bangkokredeye.com is a pretty good guide to the houses of ill repute.
