Well, if he wants to be around his biological grandson/daughter then he'll just have to live with whatever racial admixture the kid winds up being.

In all honesty, I'd see my mother having more of a problem with me stepping outside of Anglo-Saxon/Finno-Ugric/Gallic/Gaelic/Iberian/Itallic/Pict/Teutonic/ bloodlines. Can't understand why.
