Not smoking pot
So, for the first time in my adult life, for several reasons, I am abstaining from ingesting anything with THC.

DAY 3 :

Jittery, anxious. No coffee this morning. Stomach is..."tight."

Yogurt for breakfast.

The day seemed to drag on and on, in a painful way.

I have some real anxiety issues, and my self-control is being tested.

Anyone ever take a 'hiatus' or quit and have some...'side effects'?

I could take a benzo or a painkiller, but I'm really not a fan of either...

Trying to be normal.

Physical withdrawals? No. Desire to get high? Yeah, off and on for like 20 years. I "quit" a dozen times or more. I've been sober for about 5 years now and have zero desire anymore. Thank you Jesus!

I think THC used occasionally is totally fine much like having a few drinks occasionally is completely fine and healthy. I think when it becomes an every day occurrence then that’s when it becomes a problem and people need to start checking themselves.

They legalized weed right when I lost my desire to smoke it anymore.

Also if you're having any kind of issue with stopping smoking weed there is something else going on. Like I'm having withdrawals from stopping my habit of staring at airplanes as they fly overhead.

I really don't understand why so many people like Marijuana. It is not a feeling I desire. I don't feel relaxed. I don't feel better. I get semi paranoid, and then I just want to sit. After it's over I'm really tired and just want to sleep. But, to each their own.

I totally get why people would use other drugs like cocaine or something, though. Marijuana gives me no desirable feeling.
