Fun game 1 in the Wild/Jets series, despite the Wild losing. Jets got a gift PP goal on a bad call, and Dubnyk stood on his head, but hard to see the Wild taking more than a game or two in this series, sadly - the Jets are so damn good.

There's absolutely no way the Flyers come back with a vengeance in Game 2. Absolutely no way.

Fun game between the Jets and Wild. Perhaps if the Jets got a bigger arena they wouldn't have to stick 3,000 people on a street to watch the game.

So I went to the Golden Knights/Kings game last night.

Gotta admit, Ive never paid attention to hockey before Vegas got the team, but once it was announced, I was like "Well, Guess Im a hockey fan now" becasue I support and love this city.

Ive been to about 6 games this season and still dont totally understand the game but the one thing I do love is how UNCOMPLICATED the game is. Its easy to understand enough for novices like me to enjoy the game. Plus, I love when they knock the shit out of each other. Hockey is fun to watch for sure.

No one and I mean NO ONE thought theyd get this far. I work for the radio station that is media partners with the team and even we were like "Dont talk shit when the team is 3-50"

After Oct1, and the team started the year like they did, we still didn't think it would get this far, but here we are. The one thing we all knew in this city is that the team would be supported because this city is farrrrr more than people who dont live here know. Everyone on the outside only knows us as THE STRIP, we know we are more than that and weve shown it, not just with OCT1 but with this team and the city rallying behind them.

BUt man, with all that said, last night even blew my mind. I was at TMobile arena all day and through out the game and I saw maybe 10 Kings fans, the entire time, anywhere. It was crazy. I knoew about the pledge the fans took regarding not selling tickets to LA fans but wow, we held to it.

Look, I dont know how far were gonna go, but no one thought wed go this far...so lets see. Its a helluva ride regardless
