Let's talk about the Patriots

5-0 heading into a Sunday Night matchup with the Pats.

This should be a good one, men.

Actually it looks like Baltimore and Cincinnati might be better than NE and PIT this year.

I'm much more concerned about Cincinatti the New England at this point.

I just don't see how New England holds this offense to under 30. It's going to be a shootout and the matchup favors the Chiefs.

No...Flacco/Dalton are not more dangerous that two HOF QBs in the post-season.

Maybe this year works out like it has for NE/Denver in the past...Getting the #1 seed and letting teams beat each other up the week before.

Arrowhead is once again an advantage...since KC gets early leads.

Chiefs have outscored teams 55-7 in the first half.

Here is the deal,

Patriots have some major flaws:

1. They are not good defending the run; please Andy if you are reading this more outside zone runs and stretch runs to the edges.

2. Patriots cannot rush the passer, have 7 sacks on season. Working Play Action off of the run game and let Pat sling it down field

3. Defense, it is more important vs. the patriots to get pressure up the middle than around the edges. You have to get Tom Brady OUT of the pocket.

4. deep zones please, two safeties deep at all points, LBer's need to step up this week in run game and shut their down early.

Beating New England is critical IMO. They play in the worst division in football so they get 6 extremely winnable games.

I don’t want to play those ****s in New England in January. In fact I think we would steam roll them at home in the playoffs.

Bengals are good but they play in the most competetive division in football. They are going to lose some games in their division.

Patriots Who??

I definitely think our offense should score on almost every drive and if our defense even plays close to what they did against the Jags then we could be looking at a blowout, but with Tom Brady behind the helm I am not delusional enough to think he can't make it close. Thinking 42-28...Chiefs going 6-0!!!

Oh yeah, in the grand scheme of things, beating New England is more important.

I'm talking about which team I fear more right now. That's the Bengals.

Yeah, gotta beat NE if you want the 1 seed. As bad as they've looked, they'll end up at 12/13 wins I think.

Bengals are pretty solid on both sides. That'll be a tough matchup.

KC wins and they are pretty much set-up for the #1 seed. Head to head over Pitt/Jax/NE...and essentially a 3 game lead on each.

Steelers play both Jaguars/NE later this year....so they gain a game or two. Pittsburgh plays the Bengals twice + Ravens.

Just checked the schedule again... my goodness the Chiefs have like 2 easy(ish) type of games... Week 9/10 against the Browns and Cardinals.

Uh, the Browns aren't bad.

Chiefs have to win the division games and win at home.

Win your home games, sweep the division and that puts you at 12 wins. Win at Seattle and at Cleveland and that's HFA.
