If Mahomes II throws 6 TDs again this weekend he'll exceed Alex Smith's total TD output for the 2016 season.

I'm afraid he is going go into a slump and only have four td pass this week.

Might be time for the bench if that happens.

Funny because his first career game he has zero passing touchdowns. Yet still broke that record.

I've never in my life seen a young QB look so comfortable in his 3rd career game.

I believe in your gif thread Mr. Mahomes informed us about the status of these 'brakes'.

They will not be needed.

What's really amusing about Mahomes record setting start is it has the mouthpieces struggling to find fault with him.

I saw some reeruned ESPN show on youtube...a guy named Stephen A. (I dont watch sport talk shows)..and he says he needs to see more. Then he goes on to mention the Jacksonville game to illustrate his point.

Mahomes is so good that, after only two games into his first season, this pundit needed to use the #1 defense as a bullet point to prove Mahomes isn't really good....like Brady and Rodgers face the #1 defense every week of the year. (BTW Jacksonville just schooled Brady...FWIW)

In 8 days into his first season...PM has reset the bar for expectations.

He has Bears fans pissed about the Tribisky selection..and ushered in a Steelers implosion.

Just bad ass all around...

Not to mention he was playing with scrubs in that Denver game. Now people try to say it’s because of the talent around him. I completely shoot that down whenever I see it.

What will really open eyes is in two weeks in Denver on MNF. Prepare thy anus, Denver.
