Any Kansas or border state residence out there?

I have a Powerball ticket from last Dec. 30... 2017. It is a huge $4.00 winner, but I live in Iowa and can't cash it and will not be down there anytime before it expires on the 30th. Its not a lot, but if someone PM's me their address I will drop it in the mail and you can buy a beer with it...

Unfortunately its a paper ticket... I can send it anywhere and to the "resident", I don't need to know a name if anyone wants it. $4 is $4...
