Wait, hear me out here.

Our D got two huge stops late in the game that led to the 14pt. lead. Also on that last drive, at least they strung it out until after the two minute warning - which was huge (thanks Steelers for being in no hurry either).

We know they suck. But if they can at least be tough late and get a key stop every now and then, that could be good enough for the Mahomes show.

You can't judge our rush based n a game vs the Steelers. We may still be garbage but the Steelers hold on every down so no way to make an informed judgment. Next 2 weeks will let us know.
