Spending a week in Norman, OK in August
Norman is one place that I've never been. Other than OU, what is there that I should try? I will be working 8-5 every day from the 12th-15th in the post office, switching them over to VoIP. But my evenings will be free. Is there any place that comes highly recommended to eat? Any suggestions appreciated.

Ive been to OG one time and it was with a group of friends. One of the girls in that group was just raving about how good it was. Some of us were wearing shorts and a t-shirt and she was appalled that we didn't dress up when we went out to eat at nice restaurants. The food was garbage and I never went back.

Well, I made it here late last night. I had a good lunch at Tarahlmara's. That was some really good Mexican, but I should have waited until dinner to go. I got stuffed on the lunch portions. I was shocked to see them bring out complimentary queso with the chips and salsa. I've never seen a place do that before.
