Could Sutton simplify his scheme to reduce confusion?

He could, but he won't, which is why he is a bad coach and needs to be fired.

Personally I don't think the players are bought into Sutton at all. I remember Peters ripping him on the sidelines last year. Sutton, imo, gets to complacent too quickly and for all intents and purposes paralyzes this defense trying to cover any and every kind of play on every down.

Ok that’s fair. I just want to progress past Sutton sucks and needs to be fired. He obviously doesn’t have smart enough players in the secondary to run his scheme. I wish he would coach and simplify it to fit this team.

I refuse to believe that all these players are that dumb. It took a player who hasn't played literally in 29.5 games to be on the field to get the defense lined up right. That's a huge indictment on how bad the Sutton sucks as a coach.

They might be that dumb. Watch the 2 point conversion.

What the play when Berry was screaming at the other defensive players showed me is Sutton calls a defense then goes "oh well" when they don't get it right. When a player who hasn't played in almost 2 years has to literally be on the field to get guys lined up right then you have a problem as a coach.

And I am tired of the "I called the play but they didn't step up" bullshit. These guys are NFL players. That means even the bad ones are better than most that ever stepped on a football field. You cannot have 22 guys collectively suck at holding leads for 5 years and always blame the players.

We have to know why there was confusion. We also see the ILB's making bad reads on running plays. Why? Did they suddenly become shit players or are they following what they are told and it isn't working?

Fuller and Scandrick didn’t communicate. I wish we had 11 Berry’s on D but we don’t. Time for grandpa Bob to adjust his scheme.

This...Emmitt Thomas has developed virtually no one, all of these draft picks and other acquisitions and not one has emerged or ascended in any way. He has failed miserably in developing a single DB, whether CB or S, not a single one of these fairly regarded young talents has emerged. Nelson is the same player as day 1, along with every single damn safety we have invested time, energy, and draft picks into.

Clark has to step in and can the whole D staff and replace them with an attacking style D, the drives last night...along with numerous playoff failures/drives...seemed to be a formality as the opponent marched down the field.

I also feel deep down, Reid is too soft and needs to go, he just does not have the killer mentality like Belicheck has. I want a coach that wants to embarrass teams while beating them by 40+. He's a soft pussy and that bitch-ass 3rd down pass to Kelce for 2 when we needed 5+ and have the most fearless badass in the league was pathetic.

Find the next McVay and put all these old Nancies to rest..

Bob isn’t going anywhere this season. What should his D try and do against Seattle? Seahags will run the ball early but late Wilson will win running or passing.

B) play sound assignments
C) He has to quit playing so much man coverage

Is Fuller at least partly responsible for that 2 point fail? Or was it completely Scandrick that should feel the hatred of the fan base.

Watch the 2 point conversion. I’m not intelligent enough to know the details of an NFL defense but I’m smart enough to know someone royally ****ed up. **** Bob Andy and Clark for this latest shitfest.
