The Cardinals had a runner on 2 base in the 9th, 10th, and 12th (once or twice with less than 2 outs) and couldn't score a run.

Welllll that was as ugly as our season has went so far. Matheny has a lot to answer for in this game. But, this loss was on the players for not hitting the ball and executing.

Mo is going to have to release or trade Jay and Maness so Matheny will stop using them. Jay goes 0-28 in that game and can't catch a cold in CF yet he is playing over Bourjous, who can at least get to a few balls.
