The Colts leave Mack in to block a lot, and they will today especially given KCs pass rush. That won’t be a major worry IMO.

Gimmick teams (need to) do this. The Ravens. Etc. Let them hyper-focus on Mahomes; it'll just break their spirit even more when he beats them anyway.

No gimmicks needed... just start taking apart the Colts soft Cover 2 zone defense with intermediate passing plays to Kelce, Tyreek, and Sammy (damn its good to have him back, even if he isn't at 100%).

Snow isn't an issue for the passing game, it actually affects the defenses, specifically the pass rush more.
