AG: Democrats Are “Using Every Tool and Maneuver to Sabotage the Executive Branch

- November 16, 2019

AG Barr:

- "As I said the framers fully expected intense pulling between Congress and the Executive. Unfortunately just in the past few years we’ve seen these conflicts take on an entirely new character. Immediately after President Trump won election opponents inaugurated what they called ‘the resistance’ and they rallied around an explicit strategy of using every tool and maneuver to sabotage the functioning of the Executive Branch and his administration.

The language used to describe insurgency against rule imposed by an occupying military power. It obviously connotes, it obviously connotes, that the government is not legitimate. This is a very dangerous and indeed incendiary notion to import into the politics of a democratic republic."

The Hill shared this part of the AG’s speech:

AG Bill Barr: "Immediately after President Trump won election, opponents inaugurated what they call 'The Resistance' and they rallied around an explicit strategy of using every tool and maneuver to sabotage the functioning of the executive branch."

Democrats are running for their lives after what AG Barr just said. They have no response and know they must either turn themselves in or face ruin.

Being led (effectively) by the extremists of both sides with the moderates either gone (thank you gerrymandering) or neutered is leading to increasing dysfunction. I view it as extremely dangerous to our country that our political leadership is increasingly incapable of working together on ANYTHING.

As of today, one reporter with the New York Times agrees with you:

Rep Andy Biggs

Devastating headline for Democrats:

🚨 ‘No One Believes Anything’: Voters Worn Out by a Fog of Political News 🚨

From collusion to obstruction of justice to abuse of power to quid pro quo to bribery/extortion, Democrats have cried 'wolf' too many times. https://www.nytimes.com/2019/11/18/u...fake-news.html

I wonder if anybody in America was pulling for that Obama hugging liberal? He is the one guy in the Republican field that I could not have voted for. I would have left it blank or wrote in Rand or Reagan if it came down to that.

And although our bottom of the listers is/was different, I agree that trying to sort that all out is a waste of time. You just simply plug your nose and remember Hillary is the name on the other side of the ballot

Cruz was my solid #2 choice from the beginning
