Now he's just washed.

At his best he was an average quarterback who had a hot 4 weeks one time. I mean does anyone realize that Joe Flacco has NEVER made a Pro Bowl? He's been invited once after literally SIX other quarterbacks were injured or playing in the Super Bowl.

Alex Smith has gone to 3. Derek Anderson, Vince Young, Kordell Stewart....MATT CASSEL have all played in the Pro Bowl. Derek Anderson, lads.

Joe Flacco's just a more expensive Case Keenum that will make the Broncos take a massive penalty to cut Keenum to boot. They'd be better served keeping Keenum as a bridge to their new QB (evidently Lock) and using the add'l cap space to make his life easier going forward.
Yep, and Siemian was better than Keenum or Flacco -- at least had some semblance of upside, and was virtually free. 2016 Trevor Siemian wasn't bad at all. And in 2017, Denver's O-line was a disgrace.

What a dumpster fire. Evidently they were really high on Chad Kelly, but not as high as Chad Kelly was.

He will be better on the passing end of things, but less mobile so a sitting duck behind that OL.

Except he's really not a better passer. He's horribly inconsistent and his completion percentage is pretty low for an NFL starter.

I think Flacco is their stopgap until he sees a QB he likes in the draft.

It was going to be Case Keenum but that apparently wasn't what Elway wanted.

Yep. Except that Manning was still skilled when they got him, and they had a shut down D. Now the D is good but not shut down, and Flacco was never anything like Manning. Elway is running things the way Jack Steadman and later Carl peterson ran the Chiefs. Can't draft a QB worth a shit, so pick up other teams old trash to try to win with your D. Doesn't work.

Rivers doesn't have many years left, Carr is mediocre, and Flacco is bottom third.

The rest of the AFC West (hell, the league for that matter) is in trouble.

I bet the Donks fans hope Flucko can huddle the guys up like Case did.

Nobody can say "Huddle up!!" like Case did.

This is the exact Cap Killing move desperate teams make. Looks like Mahomes will be 5-0 in his career against the Donks at the end of next season.
